Silk and tears, 2020
During the quarantine, I used some green silk I was having at home to make a long sleeve top with black zippers on the sides.
My flatmate Ahida took her cam and filmed me doing some stuff at our terrace and I edited the video.
12:12, 2017
A few years ago I started a project called 12:12.
Every time I checked my phone, the time was repeated consequently, i.e. 12:12, 19:19, 22:22, etc.
I started screenshooting and collecting my phone wallpaper with these repeated numbers. It made me realise that this was happening very often and I tried to find an answer, only to end up leaving it in the hands of fate and synchronicity.
Fast forward three years and I have collected more than 3,800 screenshots, and concluded that things happen exactly when they need to happen. Fate is described by mathematical formulas beyond my grasp. Synchronicity, described by one of my faves, Carl G. Jung, is the “acausal connecting (togetherness) principle,” the “meaningful coincidence”, the “acausal parallelism” or the “meaningful coincidence of two or more events where something other than the probability of chance is involved’.
With all these connections between time, my phone and ultimately myself, I have started a new performance series.
The first one was held at Desamparats Studio, where I printed my last 246 screenshots and stuck them on the studio’s six meter long wall.
I waited until the first twelve prints fell down from the wall, since 12:12 was my first screenshot and the pattern of my evolving project.
The result was an 8 hour and 34 minute wait and a 16 minute time lapse video.
12:12, 2021
Following my series of 12:12, on December(12) 12th of 2021 (12) at 12.12h I’ve invited 12 of my closest friends to be part of the performance series I’ve been working on since some years ago. Food and drinks by @ua.bonissim and photos by @toni.fanlo
The result; was a whole journey, 1.230 screenshots printed and stuck in a 9 x 5-meter wall, a fanzine and a candle.
Creating a dialogue with each assistant about sincronicity and its meaning in our daily lives, 12:12 pretends to expand this spontaneous links in different formats.

VF, 2020
VF (Vicenç F) was my great-grandfather. He worked in the furniture and decoration industry.
During this quarantine, I baked for the first time a traditional Easter cake (we call it Mona) to celebrate it.
MTSR (upcoming project) 2019.
On November 2019 after quitting my job I've decided to spend some time by myself surrounded by nature.
Montserrat is a very special mountain located in the heart of Catalunya.
No phone, no internet, no one. Just me, a map, a whole place to discover and a 70's room with kitchen for one week.
Sailin' on, 2020
My friend Ahida gave me a blue transparent curtain and made a top with it.
Fabrizio filmed me on the sea, I've edited the video.

I've made a black silk dress and hanged it in the Ficus Robusta from my terrace.

Taking as a reference Hamlet's notorious myth, I've created a fanzine about unrequited love.

Sant Jordi 201920
Is a Catalan festive day, where people give roses and books to each other. As this year was cancelled I searched a picture of last year's fresh ones which have dried this 2020 and I haven't had any from anyone.
